I dont like the idea of my dangler cable tied down

Your Girlfriend must be very happy.........
....you left yourself open for that ;)

I too have the pure highway DAB+ radio, live in the western suburbs of Sydney. I too have noticed that the signal is crap once you get pas the lighthorse interchange.
I was always a bit concerned about the "high gain" antenna not doing the job and it being a waste of money. Did you consider it? I will when i get a chance.
Any updates let us know :)

I find this a bit hard to be believe.
I've had stockies and after market tails on my car and never noticed a this "gap" of which you speak of.
Might sound like a stupid question but : Did you get the car brand new? If it's second hand, maybe the was some repair work done that didn't quite goto plan / fit.
Can you post up some pics (of your car) with these gaps.

Hey Guys,
Long time no meet!
Well. After a long wait, i've decided to that we should all get together and have a good meal and some photos. The location is outback steakhouse in concord. Map can be found here >>>> http://outbacksteakh...orthStrathfield
Date: 30/07
Time: Meet at 6:30 in railway ln (see map), go in for dinner at 7:00
Booking is required, so i'll leave the list open till the 23rd July, after that I lock in the numbers.
Photo-shoot may occur in the car-park near the steakhouse. Its fairly well lit up or we might move elsewhere.
Hope to see you all at the show :)

UPDATE

Don't have to go for a 15 inch. There is no need for that amount of bass in such a small car. Less is more! - a great little concept when you want to play it cool and not look like a tool :)
Personal, I would look at Rockford Fostgate or Eclipse. Both are very strong brands when it comes to awesome car audio.....and there pricing isn't that much more than cheaper brands.
Personally Personally (just like a P.S) I've had rockford subs even since I got my first car and never once did I have a problem :)

i've sent requests off to the other photographers from the meet to send me there hi-res copies of there photos.
Once I have these I will start to play!
*suglasses* YYYYYYYYYYEEEEEEEAAAAAAAHHHHHHH!

I think I need to make a some shelf space look like that ;)...............just more auto glym stuff :)

Exactly what the converter said mate.
With the eonon they already have a cable labelled ground with a plug, simply plug your handbrake wire into it and you can watch whenever you want
I tried that but it didn't seem to have worked.
Where did you get the double din rabbit ears?
JB- hi-fi, Autobarn, any good car audio store :)

Where is john doing his little dance!

Same thing for me, I always get the following change straight away:
1. Oil & filter
2. Fuel filter
3. Air filter only if necessary
4. Spark plug
5. Transmission fluid
Never thought of resting of ECU, next time will do that as well.
+1
Plus a fuel injector treatment.
It sound like a lot, but it should run like new after that shopping list is done.

I'm running Kummo KU31's on my '09 rolla.
Can't complain.
Great price, Great in wet / dry, good wearing tyre.

look in the FAQ section they should have it there
+1
But on a side note, I used NKG Platinum's in my 96 Camry and they did the job really well. I did both the leads and the sparks at the same time.

HEY,
Firstly, welcome to TOCAU.
There is no real set suggestions on what to do and what brands to pick (mod wise) for your car. I would strongly suggest looking Corolla section of the forums and getting ideas from there.
Make your own awesome ;)
