That's a nice Celica that one.. someone has spent a lot of time and money on that car.. good trade. Hope we can see it at a Sydney meet sometime, there needs to be more than just my Celica there.. all those Corolla's... sheesh.. :P

It was on the car when I got it.. I spoke to the guy who sold me the car, and unfortunately for me, it was actually fitted in Japan, I thought he said he had it put on.. lucky for me he has a spare he's going to sell me. more money gone hooray....

I tried pulling it outta there, but it just keeps coming, its clearly part of the baffling.. not happy... cause its gonna be loud now.. crap.

I must admit I was driving a little "spiritedly" last night on the way home from picking up pizza... and this morning I have discovered this... Im very surprised by this as it's less than 12 months old.. is this common?

Found my answer about the pads at Alltrac.net ...st165 pads it is.. looks like I'm getting the rotors machined too. # early jdms st185 feature a front 255mm x 25mm rotor and twin pot floating calipers. (as per the st165) # later spec jdms st185 feature a front 277mm x 25mm rotor and single pot floating caliper. (this is a bolt on upgrade for the early cars. need to buy the calipers, carriers, discs and pads)

I'm out.. due to CV joints and Brakes.. next month for sure. If by some miracle they are fixed before the meet I'll be there.

Has anyone got one of these playstation phones? My HTC is out of warranty and stuffed and I'm still under contract, so being a tragic MAN-CHILD, I need another toy :D I've read some reviews etc but was after some input from someone who might have one. Of course I want to use it for games and mobile foxtel.. and it would be good if it can make a phone call too. :P

My rotors are stuffed, I think this car was sitting in water for a bit, there's a tide mark in the carpet. :( I looked on good old ebay and wouldnt you know it, nothing to match my JDM Celica, One helpful seller reckons he can find something to match.. maybe.. or send them to RDA and get them to find a match. But that means time without black beauty and no guarantee on finding a replacement So Im thinking maybe the best way to fix the problem is replace the rotors and calipers altogether with Aus model units.. any ideas on this? Would Aus model calipers bolt straight in? Or would I need to replace more than just the calipers? A brake service in town can machine the rotors on car, this is my last resort.
