after taking everything aprat, its only one part which is busted. It has writing on it SAE PA MXD6 G+P and on the other side it has 7687. (second image) lol trying to save as much money as possible (kinda strap for cash atm) can i just buy this part? and i guess i'll put it back together. EDIT: and i kinda figured out that it was hit off by someone intentionally, cos if a car hti it, it wouldve caused more damage (and theres a little dent on the door of my car)

There shouldnt be any difference between facelift and prefacelifts door mirrors aye? (my cars a facelift) so these should fit fine? any idea on how to take em off. Picture 1 Picture 2 Picture 3 From these pictures, i tried to take off the 3 screws that are undearneath in Picture 2 but thats no good. Would i actually need to take off the rubber seal thats connected to the window as seen on Picture 1? Lastly, as for the wiring, are they universal? so if i buy the one that CjRasmu suggested, will it just be plug and play? and everything would work? Some noob hit the side of my car and luckily only took drivers side door mirror (no other dmg to the car thankfully!) Any idea on how much this will cost to replace and how hard it is to actually do it ? i mean i was looking at it just then and couldnt seem to figure it out (but it is 3:30am in the morning so ill take a better look at it tomorrow) i checked out ozeparts.com and i saw the right hand for 219 exc. postage. i was thinking of just ebaying a 3rd party one? Yeah ive done a search, went through all 15 pages and nothing =( I saw the Genuine Accessories, but it wasnt there. I'm after the whole rear bumper. Both the face-lift and pre-face lift use the same bumper right? If not i drive a 05 face lift conquest. I need to get it replaced as someone hit it a while back (it isnt that bad but now i got the rear skirt [thanks Oncy] i want the bumper replaced so its all flush again. tried to fix it my self today but no good) Any ideas on how much this will cost? and how much it is to paint? I remember asking Toyota Lander Spare parts AGES ago and it was around the 300 range unpainted? just need this verified

Do u you a Pre face or facelift corolla? never the less check out the c-one front bar. www.c-one.co.jp i'm still waiting for 2 more weeks and i can pay for it :D Only problem with this bar is its very expensive (approx. 1200AUS without paint), and you usually have to wait a minimum of 2months before u can get it (since they are usually made on the spot and shipped from Japan) Reason to it being so expensive cos its not fibreglass (it better not be otherwise im throwing it back to Japan) the whole c-one kit is fibreglass :( ew are you serious? i might not buy it no more <_< does anyone have the c-one facelift front bar? if it doesnt fit 100% then i dont want it lol i mean $1300 for a fibreglass frontbar? i dont care if it is JDM i aint gna spend that much (unless it fits 100% no GAPS no HASSLEhoff) i mean i'd rather go to carmate and pay $300 - put up with their crap service, and mod the kit my self to make it fit. as for the first kit i saw it the other day driving to work (was a black corolla) and even in real life it's ugly. from the side it looks like a right handed triangle :P

I live in Sydney, and i have to agree that people in Sydney aren't as nice as people in other states (QLD people are friendly!) I'm only young but i was planning to move out with my brother this year (to Parramatta - right next to my work!) and that got shotdown cos i wont be able to afford $300 p/w without being a tightass. Sydney is hella expensive compared to other states (friend who used to live in QLD was cheering over there until she moved here). If you want an estimate on how much a 2bedroom apartment costs in Parramatta (and Parramatta is still 20mins drive away from City) i'd say $250,000 - $350,000 (depending on how new it is) I even heard our groceries are expensive - i spend about $50 - $60 on groceries p/w (and thats usually just breakfast + lunch) Weather is also retarded here too, its always changing. One day is freezing then next day is hot and raining Public transport? i cant compare this to other states, but ours sucks - overcrowded and usually late. Thats why i've given up and just drive now. Driving isnt the solution though. Crazy traffic jams during peak on the motorways cos i dont think Sydney people know how to drive haha. Nightlife? It's ok - we sure know how to live it up during bigevents! If your going to come to Sydney - be prepared to adapt, cos i think Sydney is the least laid back state.

Can someone confirm the rear skirt will fit on a facelift hatch corolla. Ive only seen it on the pre-facelift. So i asked the the spare parts at CH toyota and they emailed me saying: I always thought the bums were identical? Is he right or is he talking about something completely different (i noticed he said "rear bar spoiler" even tho i specified rear skirt [but it might be what they call it idno] ) Just double checking, before i buy. Scratch X is indeed the solution to fixing key marks on cars. In your case you will need 2 tubes. 1 tube for the car and the 2nd for when you find the person, have them pinned down, and have them swallow the entire contents of the tube. You then laugh as they are taken to the hospital to have their stomach pumped. Haha, if i ever find out who done it ! Where can i pick up some scratch-x; Just any car accessories store like autobarn or supercheap? Thanks all for the input and help!
