oh Woww Congratulations i am so happy that you have decided to buy a Rukus & i already know your Wife will be extremely over the moon as i was When i had went in & took the test Drive of my Life. from this day i have never ever regretted buying my Halo, even though it has Cost me a few thousand including $600 dollars to the insurance when my Car had an Egg thrown at the drivers side door on Halloween of last year as i work Job of an evening, but i am 100% sure you won't have to worry about anything like that ;) my Halo is only having Reverse Camera but thinking about getting the front Sensors maybe at a later date still thinking about it Hope your Wife has a really Awesome Birthday & i wish you Both Happy Driving your Rukus Welcome to the Club. :D

hey David, sounds like you have a plan & i too will feel so much happy for you when you get the Scratch repaired, i was having a scratch maybe 50cm's long but nothing like yours, if you wish to remove the flames it's up to you, but flames to me are so out dated & you definitely need to go with your own Style, maybe you could design something & make it become a Reality. the guy that used to own a Halo here in Cairns owns a sign writing Business & i wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. he knows exactly what i need to get done to my Halo, also i am finally getting all the window frames carbon fibre as he was saying he had his Halo done & i think the Carbon fibre looks so Professional & makes your Rukus really Stand out from the Crowd i will post some more Pics before i leave Cairns as i not know after that when the next time i will be able to log in, is why i am making the most of my time here now. don't worry i will be back i promise.!! i am not quite sure if it is Possible as it is against the Law as you would know to have somebody sitting in the back & not be buckled in. in my Halo i have Sensors in both the Front & rear seats that let you know there are passengers & if i was to start driving off & no matter where you are sitting either front or back the very loud beeping starts happening & let me tell you it is a bit annoying but it will save you a heft fine if somebody is not Buckled up in the back, just remember you are the Driver & must be responsible for everyone in your car. Congratulations on your Car hope you are now happy with it. i too love the new Aurion but i am a Rukus type of Girl i Love my Box ;)

Well thought i would return think i was meant to say a few more words if i may ;) You see when Pacific Toyota here in Cairns were doing all the paper work for me to Bring my Baby home in a week i was all quite new to this. i didn't have no plans, no thoughts of Modifying or anything like that. i was Just so excited about owning a Halo i never dreamed it would be Possible. but now that i look back i see it was meant to be, everything that happens, happens for a reason. before my Halo i used to own a 2000 Holden Commodore VT Executive V8 5.7 Litre which was 10 Years old but had been well looked after & serviced Regularly, to cut a long story short the Mechanic i used to go to was wishing to Buy my " Tiger " oh yeah it was my Tiger as the Paint was called Tiger Mica it was Gold Orange & i had Driven it home from the Show Room back in 2000. my Tiger was Apart of me & the Power i felt like nothing before. anyway i decided finally to Give in to my Mechanic & sell my Tiger for $10,000 & the funny thing was he was wishing to Change the Motor from a V8 to a V6 not sure if he ever went through with it but i haven't seen it Since. when i was sitting at Toyota the Sales lady who sold me the Car had said to me & i so remember this like it was Yesterday even though it was over 2 Years ago. she said are you going to get anything done to it, think she meant Sticker or Decal as i was having Tiger above my Windscreen on my V8. so before i had driven my Halo home she had organised a friend of her's who owns a Business here in Cairns to phone me & ask what would i like to get. to be honest with you all i was having no Clue what so ever i was still in a Dream as all i wanted was to look inside a Rukus as i fell head over heels in Love so to Speak when i first laid eye's on a Rukus under neath our Local Shopping Centre. that's when it all Started. Today i have done more than i ever Expected & i not think it is going to Stop, there is still so much more that i can do to my Beloved Halo. what i am Wishing to get if is Possible is a Visor as the Scion XB is having a Visor as i had Spotted on the Scion XB website. think My Rukus would look Pretty Cool with a Visor only if it is Painted Purple to match my Mirror's & Spoiler, what else.?? well the list is Endless.. here is a Video think you may have seen Before.. like the Man Say's " if you buy one of these Stock & Just Drive it, i think you sought of miss the Point He got that right ;)

yeah it can be done . you would simply wire it to the dome connections. but yeah i got the idea of another QLD member whom had blue, and has since sold the car (2XS) i believe you could have red on the back if you were to keep it on constantly. i see your point, & the Red on the Black would look pretty awesome :D but with me i saw the 3D lights as something more Extraordinary & now Driving of a night knowing the 3D Light is on makes me more Conscience, Why you ask.? well my Car is a Target here in Cairns is why i need to have Security Camera & now Car Alarm. if only i didn't work Job of a Night but then again Working during the Day & having your pride & Joy out in the Heat of the Sun all day you not mind working of an evening is so much Cooler & i am one to not park it out in the Sun as up Here the Sun is 10 times hotter or more, talking about Lights just Wondering would know anything about those Down Lights that you have installed in the Bottom of your Door.? plzz 4 give me for jumping onto another Subject but since we are talking about lights thought would ask if you not mind ;) you see i had the down lights fitted in November last year & have a had a few Problems with them but all was OK until i got the Car back from the Smash repairs after they had it for 1 week & only noticed that night the word Toyota was in all White & was supposed to be in red. can you believe not even Auto Barn are knowing anything about these Down lights & in the Morning i am heading into Auto Barn to take a look again as he thinks it could be the Lenses. i haven't bothered phoning the smash repairs coz i not think they will be able to tell me, i think since having my 3D Rear Light fitted my Down lights have lost all Color, if you know or know of anybody else that could Help me i would Greatly Appreciate it just want to get Answers that's all has been a night mare then again my Friends here Say it Would have to Happen to Sonia ;)

hahaha Well if you call that a Bargain i would hate to go Shopping with you ;) not even i would pay $539.25 for the lid & $961.07 for the box or the bottom half. i may have done some stupid things in my Life but even if i was having a Million dollars in the Bank i would not Dare Pay that amount that is what you call highway robbery ;) my Dealer are here in Cairns " Pacific Toyota " and the Drama's i have had with my Halo since owning it 2 years ago would definitely Blow your mind i am starting to Wonder will i ever get my Wish & have a really Nice arm rest fitted in my Halo.? the Cup holders are fine but there ware way too many in there what about the arm rest So you are Living in the ACT, i am guessing your Heater gets a work out in Winter ;)

Did they quote you on just the part by any chance? I cant imagine it being that difficult to install to be honest for some strange reason & don't ask me why, but when they made the console without no arm rest, there was no going to be any future arm rest added. my Console to me was always half finished, my heart breaks not having an arm rest or even a Cover to shut over. the salesman said & i remember his words like it was Yesterday, i was in way too much Shock :o if i was to want an arm rest fitted they would have to remove the whole bottom console & put in the proper Console that would most definitely have the arm rest & cover. So i will never understand why they made it like that. but maybe they were Just cutting Cost remember it would be an extra $800 or something like that, there must be another way to get that arm rest & if You or anybody knows how i can get one Please inform me even if it cost a few hundred i am willing to pay as long as it is reasonable. there was no 1 Part as i too have been looking every where even on Ebay & thought i had found just what i was looking for. the arm rest that i found was only a Leather Cover hmmm back to the drawing Board ;)

it's me again i have returned thought i would find out if there was a way to get that arm rest fitted, i decided to phone my Local Toyota Dealership & the man politely informed me that if i did in deed decide to get that much wanted arm rest, they would have to replace the whole bottom bit & the price just blew me away wait for it $800 Dollars i wonder if it is made out of Gold to match my Front Grill Badge ;)

To be honest with you for a very long time way before any lights that i have had fitted, my Car is under Constant attack Verbal & Physical but mostly Physical. Yes you got it The Rukus Sure does have that Uniqueness & eccentricism & anything else that goes along with that tag never in a million years would i thought it would be this tough, Yes i do believe that these lights will be Pefect for my Rukus & think this will be it as i already have enough lights inside to light up a Christmas Tree, watching the Video i noticed a Comment under neath that when i had seen it i couldn't Stop laughing & i guess he is right here this is what he thought about my soon to be underbody Lights " Who the F*** wants a F****** Christmas tree under their Car..? well me of Course is that going to be a Problem

first of all i can't imagine how you must of felt seeing that & wishing to grab that Axe my heart is breaking the Damage looks Quite bad how can anyone call them selves a Human Being & don't Worry think the Swearing Helps i went in shopping with a friend we drove in my Car & we headed over & my Friend Said to me Sonia what is that on your Front Bumper well i Looked & then to my Shock Horror i seen the Brightest Pink Chewing Gum Stuck on my Pride & Joy, it may not have been Scratched but i can tell you i was Swearing like i have never done Before as i am now Fed up & Frustrated i just want People to Leave my Car alone but think that is asking for too Much here See for Yourself my Latest Video where i had the Camera Set up the Day the Chewing Gum was found i decided to make a Video & to Share & get People to see this is not Right we Must do what we Can to Protect our Pride & Joy but above all Protect our Sanity even though is only Metal, only us Know what it means to us. I'm thinking of getting a Crash Cam too... first of all Thank You for appreciating my Video, if only you Knew how much it really has been a Struggle for me to Keep my Car Safe & most importantly Keep it Safe from the outside World. i guess the damage to my Rukus has been Minimal compared to others & my heart goes out to them in such a big way knowing how much money they have spent & knowing their Car means the World to them brings me to tears, OK i am a little emotional when it comes to Cars but we as human Beings should do what ever it takes to Protect our investment or what ever you like to call it. you see i work Job of an evening & it didn't take long before i started noticing my Car was becoming a little damaged. you see i parked it at a very Long Hedge & Bushes also & i didn't even realize that's where they were hiding. firstly my wheel caps were stolen & then the same night a very Long Scratch under neath my Star Sigh Decal or Sticker as i am Aquarius & i believe you are also :D well by only 4 days is good to meet another fellow Aquarian I Welcome you & if i can Help you in any way that would make me much happy. in Today's Society there is way too much Crime, way too much bad things happening is Why everybody needs a Security Camera inside their Car, when you look at the whole Picture you can see that it would make Perfect Sense to invest in one & i can honestly tell you will Cost you under $100 dollars even if you decide to get from Over Seas as i did & to this Day i have not Regretted anything. i may be poked fun at from time to time saying look at her she has a Camera inside her Car, well don't let that Stop you, for example People invest in a lot on Money into their Houses & they themselves have Security Camera above to Protect themselves well what about our other investment our Beloved Cars.? Just remember the Police can't always be there also with out any Proof you can't Prove anything. you are asking me to introduce you to what goes on here aheemmm think you are asking the wrong person. you see i have only just returned myself after a few months off well something like that, but i never forgot my Pride of place here. i always believed i joined for a reason, & i have always kept inside my Heart these few words, Everything happens for a reason.
