  4. when you bring the car back you need to get a Blue Slip and a Pink Slip (depending on the age of the car) for the registration to be tansferred from another state.

  8. having experienced this too myself, I can tell you it is because of riding the clutch too much on takeoff, burning the clutch and overheating it. It should be fine once you hitn lift in 2nd though, it only effects lift in 1st.
  9. I had the same issue when I drop below 1/4 tank at the final turn at Wakefield Park the 1st time out. I've not had the issue again since though, perhaps the coilovers helped to level the car more? Installing a surge tank would solve the issue, but then you have the issue of where to mount it. It cannot be mounted inside the car as it's a hatch, so it will need to be under the car. or you could install baffles around the fuel pickup inside the tank to prevent the fuel splashing around so much
  10. Congrats mate :) hope the results come back good for you...
  11. can you get that in writing for me? thought not... <_<
  12. but not every time it's driven... Toyota Executive Driven cars are the best to buy if you are going 2nd hand.
  13. also meant that every Tom, D!ck and Harry that tested the car thrashed the buggery out of it...
  14. Colder air is more dense, so if the volume is the same, (why should it be less if they both have the same diameter pipe?) you are getting more molecules of air into the engine to burn... The difference is in throttle response. With the SRI there is a small dead space to activate when the throttle is opened. The larger dead space in the CAI pipe means you get a slight reduction in the throttle response, though IMHO it's not that noticable.
  15. again... these are Short Ram Intakes, nothing cold about the air they suck in...
  16. I will once people learn how to spell wot = what ya = your rive a car = drive a car take up pick :P = I have no idea what that was supposed to mean that one was for gengo? wots = what's = what is
  17. who knows how much dirt was embedded into the pad when he did that which was loosened after a few days for driving... He should use sand paper, that way at least the grit is bound to the tool, not loose...

  21. sounds like gear selector cables :P best to ignore is, as in reality there is nothing they can do that isn't a temporary band aid fix.
