Honestly i am highly doubtful you get much if ANY performance increase even if you did would not be noticeable and potential lose performance due to intake of warmer air in the engine bay without some sort of heat shielding. it would make abit more aggressive/meaner sound on acceleration.

I know in Queensland that tail lights need to pass a colour and brightness test. Pending on tint it can actually change the shade of colour. As well brightness. If you do a light tint probs will have no issue. Those dark tints you see sometimes will not be legal. This is queensland so hopfully someone from victoria can wage in. Also if for some reason someone rear ends you. I pretty sure your insurance would drop you soon its found out you have dimer then factory tail lights. Source: In 2012 my car was given a unroadworthy notice for tinted tail lights.

No expert BUT the leaning to the left, there is a issue with the caster angle and the bushes need replacing. Pretty sure you mention that to any average mechanic they will know what your talking about. I was lucky enough the receptionist at my mechanics was a Toyota fan unlike the rest of the shop were all Holden fans. She knew exactly what the issue was instantly. Now i just need time to get the work done. With the rattle its weird that it has turned up after a wheel alignment. Aurions and well Toyota in general are known to have crap clips that hold stuff together in the dash area. At work we have two Aurions they had the rattle and my TRD had/has it. 1 Aurion at work was some cover under the bonnet that came though the firewall. (sorry do not know specifics, I will find out from our work mechanic)

Thats sucks. How many kms were up on her? I know (personally) of a couple people have an oil leak issue some resulting in some bad damage 1 other with rod out of the block, but he was being quite rough and harsh on the TRD at the time with 250+kms on the clock. now just a train of thought to my understanding the engine is just the same in all Aurions 2GR-FE. all you really need is the pulleys, Supercharger, Supercharger intake housing + 2GR-FE. Clearly someone with more knowledge with Toyota and TRDs may shed some light but you could use the same ECU, tranny and etcs, Good luck mate. PS. I know on ebay about 2 months ago a whole TRD Engine+ SC came up, but it got brought ever so quickly.

Can I ask how you blew your engine? and if anything is salvageable? (engine wise)

I have a 07 TRD Aurion. I do about 50ish Kms a day to and from work with 95% of that 100+ kmph motorway speeds. I avg about 9.6 to 10 L per 100kms. been as low as 8.8 once when i really going soft to see what I could do.
