  1. I was in Boxhill VIC tonight for some Chinese New Year festivities and I spotted 3 Corollas

    1. Black Sportivo lowered - SPOT10

    2. White Sportivo - GE2002

    3. Blue Rolla will blue grilles, blue wipers, blue everything.

Boxhill seems to be a Corolla hotspot. Saw a few more modded Rollas but didn't get the plates.

i spotted a nice white 1 also egene.. with the c-one rear kit.. lowered, muffler, think it was 17" black wheels.. very slick!!

had therice stickers on the doors

  2. Ok all you modified 'rollas where are the sound bites ??

My friend was saying that the 'rolla exhaust system is good enough and that all the gains are in the muffler. He was looking at a magnaflow(Or is it magma?) muffler - they any good ?

Bring on the pics and sounds plz !!

Oh I forgot - Very nice choice with the Remus unit, the muffler looks good would love to see what that looks like on the 'rolla

    Russell

i've got the magna on my car.. looks very tough .. improved my mid-range also .. from 3,500rpm and upwards. Cost is 350-500 depending on the series ur after.

  3. Well, 730km for 60L works out to be around 8.2L/100km so it's not the greatest fuel consumption figure I've seen on Sportivo. I usually refuel before the fuel light comes on at the latest, but the best figure I got was 7.8L/100km, which means I would have travelled 769km with 60L of fuel.

BTW, it's not such a good idea to drive your car until your fuel tank is almost empty.

you guys clocking over 700ks from full tank without fuel light coming on is just pure lucky .. u guys got the good batch of rollas..

i copped the bad batch that had the gear problems

  4. Not yet just finalising the freight costs. Monday is the day that I'll know everything and I will extend the cut off for depositing the money by 3 days. :D Sorry about the delay but trying to do the freight etc as cheap as.

Man it pays to shop around as the prices vary something ridiculous for freight. ;)

    Try

    Star-Track : 13 23 45

    AAE : 13 12 13

Are you going to b posting all of it to the 1 person or each individual?

  5. Firstly guys you have to get the paint in the touch up bottle mixed up. Either by leaving it out in the sun for a while or running the bottle under hot water until it's really runny making it easy to apply. I have the genuine toyota touch up paint for my Stivo and i can get it to match almost perfectly. Also stor it in a cool dry place away from heat otherwise it'll cause the colour to start differing from the clolour of the car. Also don't forget that your car will fade with time although you mighten think it is it will be unless you are vigilant with your polishing/waxing. Before you try to touch up a chip polish the surrounding area first to get the correct colour and gloss then you'll go a long way to getting a good match. :D

pitty its too late silva.

i think white and silver are pretty easy to touch up .. blue, red and black is just noticeable.

  6. on friday i let my car run right to the end.. i was practically about to run out of fuel on the road but made it to the fuel station in time.. filled up with mobil synergy , paid 82.14 odd dollars for 60.89L... thats how bad i let it run out... and it was expensive that dayy!!

But i got bout 730 odd kms out of it... from memory

far 730 is heaps.. when do u normally change gears? 2000rpm? hehe

    any lift included?
