  1. Im not to technical. I'll explain Brass Button Clutch, is nothing like compared to a Normal Plate Clutch, mainly used in skylines and high powered engines. eg. V8's These sort of cluthes have the most presice friction point, inorder to make your car move. you need to be presise as well. or stalling is your answer lol.. I have Driven the R32 Skyline with the Brass Buttin Clutch, and its either IN or Out. Brass Button can also become abit noisy when engaging, and less slipping chance... There is also Ceremic surface clutch, which is also effective. but 1st and 2nd gear towards engaging can be abit jerky lol depends on your leg.. Triple plate clutes are allright.. depends if the Celica fits one. i dont mind myself.. does anyone know if the triple plate fits the zzt231? :P i thought that the triple are mainly used in Motorcycles.. but meh.. i could be wrong
  2. I practically live next to carmate.. lol.. anyways not to mention the quality of carmate.. ide give them 2.5 out of 5 star.. depends of what u get.. cause their services are kinda out of hand sometimes.. hmm.. and also Im asian. I expected quality service..
  3. haha i love the way you say this "Whacking into third" hahaha :P but seriosuly it is dangerous, especially on a small tight roundabout.. cause turning at high speed.. Hmmm You can Say Hello to the King of Understeering.. and expect a Gutter Hit.. catch my drift? also especially on the wet lol.. even worse.. hahaha i Give you the Pinky Sir... anyone seen the RTA ads in the Cinema Complex.. abt P Drivers lol the Pinky bhahaha also its a shame that the clutch cannot handle long life in those terms of driving experience :P spend over $500 get your self a good heavy duty clutch.. haha or triple plate clutch if the celica fits one.. or brass button.... Love those... Tasty.. nevermind me im drifting in and out again..
  4. The wiring looks correct, IF the harnesses are taped correctly ( I dont see it in Picture )... i see.. not a bad job.. hehe i used heatshrinks.. anyways.. if there was smoke, coming out, and u blew the fuse, hmm. just remember to switch off your car, before connecting leads, it may cross over between other wires. you can D/C the car battery, for safe beings. but not really if you dont have to.. its better to solder the harness seperatly outside rather in your car.. if you did do it.. Get the stacker checkout, looks like the stacker may have a faulty 12v Transformer.. maybe..
  5. Hmm is Morons Speed, let them Speed, if they Speed then continue the same speed as the sign shown, they are just nubs.. hahaha if u speed then speed... no point over taking then slow down.. he can cause an accident. or just a wimp afraid of being dragged into the cop shop
  6. LoL i quoted myself as a Female Driver... ion NRMA insurance Comprehensive Policy, I got quoted $1750 for The Celica for being over 25. and no claims or acidents. and living in the area of Cabramatta.. And as i Quoted for BEING A MALE!!! LoL the Policy has Excessivly increased to $2300... Now this is Discrimination Cause i Myself consider a safe and applicable driver, with no speeding fines, or traffic offences.. what if you were a MALE that was a Homosexual.. would there be a cheaper policy? you catch my drift here? its just people say that female drivers are more safer than males.... which is a whole bunch of poo... what if there are many percentages of people example... ME.. and other people, who have the same respectiveness in driving like a female... get the Discounted Policy? Now to proove my point here. im nagging away againz... That Insurance companies are CHOPPING Males who are being typical males. not Males who are girly driving males... but still getting charged at the same excessive amount... It is Unfair, Female are as bad as Male Drivers!! Depending on how or that personality of that female driver is... i swear, i have a friend who is a female, and not to mention her name... But she drives a Souped up V8 CV8Z Coupe Commodore, Gunning it down the highway, with me in the car. i was scared ****less... *sigh.... talk abt expensive insurance.. i rekon just start your own insurance company and insure yourself at no extra cost..
  7. I learned something new today... so its the US models. that have lower spec .. GT with rolla engines. :P
  8. I hear you .. i had the same idea..
  9. Hmm 17x7.5 sounds abit wide.. i rekon 17x7's are more likely to be legal ( Correct me, please ) cause of safety reasons If you go for those get good tyres, cause there will be noise coming from cheap tyres.. i mean road noise.. and also if ur getting low profiles you don't want to spend much..^^ and also you want to make it faster or look good? Ok by Adding Rims, means adding more weight, maybe a few Kilos, per Rim, besides the Stock Hubbies.. or Alloy ones if you tend to go for rims, then your car would be slowed down depending on weight, Mmm maybe 2~8% ( Correct me if i am wrong ) Alpine head unit are great , provide good sound... Get Bostons or pioneer speakers - or add a sub with a 2 farret cap. would be nice.. hehe dont forget you gotta have vinyls... decals.. Wheels = You should get Incubus Paranornal they look heaps good - unless u want Racing Hart or Lenso's :P Air Intake = Stock suppose to be best, ( I dont know what i am talking abt ) - But go for the K&N Pod Filters with proper piping.. ( This filter just lasts longer and washable - not like stock filters ) (Dashboard) = EL Gauge Dials - Illuminated ones.. i love those.. Well.. I rekon u can spend extra couple of hundred dollars extra, just to polish and detail, interior clean, wax, complete detail.. and other accessories
