  8. WOW Really? Jaderd has a facelift corolla with a TRD intake... which as far as i can tell.. hasnt had any part of the body modded for it to fit. which part of the body exactly needs modding? Yeah, I installed Luke's and the only thing needed to be cut was the bracket, that needs to be done for pre-facelift as well. I think people are being abit harsh on Wayne, I did this at the start, but didnt clamp it, had a hose running to the front, didnt really see a difference.
  9. these clear the standard 16 inch rims?
  10. dont take right hand corners fast when you have around 1/4 tank left, pump just sucks up air happened to me on the track
  11. dude my sig that is the exact thing they are getting
  12. the hi\lo is for cars with h4 bulbs which have both high and low in the same bulb (ie older celicas) reason why we only do the low beams is cause it's cheaper, it means another set of ballasts and you never use your high beams enough to really need hids
  13. it's tape and two clips each having them on at high speed, it does make a tad more sound than not having the visors, but im sure everyone's cannons will drown that out they do let you get that little bit of fresh air in when you're driving but not having it blow into your face, also lets ya keep a gap open when its bloody hot and not worry about a bird pooping into your car their a nice little addition to have should see the s15 ones, their even smaller, like to the point where it basically covers ya door frame
  14. Hahaha, I so see that happening now new article clears it up Basically if you are using all seatbelts in the car, nothing is stopping you from having extra people on top of that. IE. that car had 4 belts and 4 ppl were wearing them, the other 4 were "luggage" :P
  15. i've seen the plate "1" on an older e class Edit: Found the pic :)
  16. I think she's saying that there isn't a charge directly related to having that many people in the car. Ie. a law saying # of passengers = # of seatbelts I'm sure you can get done on endangering life or something along those lines. But with her saying that, people will take it as a "they can't do anything to us" if they decide to overload
  17. I'm sure all the Melbournians know about his accident. But read what the commissioner said about overloading! http://news.theage.com.au/national/eight-i...81029-5awz.html Feel free to comment, I think we're going to see more accidents with overpacked cars in the next few weeks.
  18. I can help at the group install if you guys organise it somewhere, im sure luke wouldnt mind coming too, seriously its not hard there are instructions on here already :P cudos to Kuan (KT_haha) http://au.toyotaownersclub.com/forums/inde...amp;#entry25847 only two images i took when installing 1. carefully just pull off the original sill 2. then you can move the carpet to the side and you will see a bunch of cables all wrapped up in black tape (ignore the red and blue, they're cables for my sub) 3. slice this bundle open carefully so you don't cut anything, slice with the flow of cables so you can open it up like you're operating on someone :P 4. the red wire on the transformer connects to the corresponding +ve wire (as i said, you can just use the same colour for all four doors, don't need to follow what KT says, cause when one door opens all 4 turn on anyway (thought it might be good to use at least 2 different wires as then you'll spread the load)) 5. black goes to negative -der face 6. the little box makes a slight buzzing sound when it's on, test before you solder anything, when you have the right wires, solder and tape up, tuck the box somewhere under the carpet and INCASE PEOPLE DONT KNOW, THIS SILL SITS ON TOP OF YOUR ORIGINAL SILL, IT DOES NOT REPLACE IT 7. clean the original sill and peel off the tape on the light up one 8. stick the light to your original sill and hold it firm 9. run the wire long your original sill, you'll work out the best way to hide this 10. then reinstall the new complete sill wa lah, crack open a beer and enjoy the show
  19. Loved this thing! <missing heaps here, didn't take photos> Fuel stop on the way home Dam window washers, hope you didn't pay him marcus :P
