Hi all, The dealer offered me a leather protection, paint protection (claim there's no need to wax ever) amd electronic rust protection - as a package (not free!) - from truseal. What do people think/know about it - is this a good offer I should take or? Thanks

It is there. Used it during my test drive on Friday. Don't know what was the reason for the salesperson's confusion but he set it for me in a second.

Well, I'm no way an auto guru (anybody can figure that out judging my posts here :D ), but Considering it's not a racing car but a family SUV... I'd rather get the one that is intact after the roll than the one that makes flounder out of everybdy inside (I refer to a recent TV show - today tonight as far as I remember), which exposed a lack of a structure in the car roof that gets squeshed on the roll (guess you know what brand were they talking about). P.S. I'm having a final / long testdrive tomorrow - hope I won;t roll it! :D

Well, thanks for that. The quote was over $500 - you're right. I'm not sure I understand the "H4 plug" info, etc - but based on the info I think I'll go with original halogens of Kluger. If I understand you correctly - there's no "safe" way of having xenons, especially if Kluger doesn't have washers or does it? iPod is a different story - if it won't void the warranty I'm seriously considering of going that way - unless (and I'd appreciate the feedback) I can;t have it safely 100% Many thanks

Thanks for that. The reason I'm asking is that the dealer offered to upgrade the car (for a couple of $$$) to Xenon (in response to my dumb question "can I get one of these cool bright lights?"). $$$ are no killing me there. In your opinion is this a worthwhile upgrade?

Apologies for asking so many dumb questions in such a short period of time, but I'm 2-3 days away from getting the car so I'm bit nervous and hangry for the info. The question is: Grande spec includes "halogen headlights". Is that the same as "xenon lights" avaliable (sometimes) on other cars? If not, which ones are better? Thanks

Thanks guys, I don't know why the dealer decided to claim that there's no such function - if I didn't make myself clear or? Should I be changing the dealer or majority of them is like that?

I've been told that the trip computer on Kluger Grande can't do what others do all the time - e.g. estimate the curren range (e.g. 150 km till empty). Could anybody please let me know if it is true? Thanks

Thanks for that. I'm getting mixed messages - e.g. even a quote to interface iPod in a way that would allow it to be controlled from the car screen from a local dealer. Just wanted to know if it too good to be true. -
