the new fords are awesome... personally, i wouldnt have touched the ba-bf models... but the fgs seem to be really good... :)

Lesson Learnt:

never work on a car in a rush...

turns out i installed the bov the opposite way around...

i'm 87.34% sure that i checked that it was the right way... but then i gave it to a mate to hold while i grabbed my pliers...

he musta moved it around in his hand and i didnt re-check it...

so anyway, last night at the meet, THE bush mechanic has a mate who is equally, if not more of a bush mechanic than he is!!!

all i have to say is that if McGiver(spelling?) was there, even HE would have been impressed...

two screwdrivers + zip ties = pliers!

anyway, after i realised last night and switched it back, it drives a lot better and i'm back to the loud PSCHHHTTTTT sound which i didnt really want... haha

lemme guess... someone said something about fords being a better car than holdens and you fell over from the shock of the news?

thanks trent... i've always been a ford man... but i understand where you're coming from... for years, ford has been very "uninspiring"...

but my love for them was rekindled from the BA upwards...

but then again, i never bought one because of the poor build quality as you mentioned... :)

steven: yeah mate, this leather is beyond any "factory" leather i've seen...

most factory leathers are stretched to an inch of their life... so they dont feel as nice and they wear really quickly... :(

these guys have HEAPS of different colours to choose from and you can basically have free reign over the designs...

i *think* that the stuff i got done was worth about $2500, but thats just a guess cause i didnt actually pay for it myself...
