dont feel sorry for this chump he's whats wrong with the scene, im not telling him to follow any style or trend, do u call sticking trd badges on stockers a style? any one out there who sticks trd stickers and badges on stock cars should be abused, he an imbaresment. if i ever did that id like some to treat me the same way, thats what he deserves I suggest you take a good hard look at yoursef before you start going accusing people of not being interested in performance mods.. or accusing them of being the reason the scene has a bad name... or whatever. you also drive a Non Sportivo... with the Economy engine... so ease off eh? ok ill say sorry for abuseing him but hes still a chump, he said that the reason he doesnt want performance mods is cause he doesnt want attention from the cops cause hes a p plater yet in an earlier post was asking where to get a cheap loud muffler..... hes the kind guy that goes out and sticks a muffler on a corolla that would make a semitrailer blush he gives all of us a bad name, not just that he'd go out and get a cheap chinese nockoff muffler from autobarn, no wonder companies like trust have gone bankrupped and your telling me theres no harm in it ps. dont kid your self corollas are slow the differance between me and u is im not lieing to my self... i dont mind attention from the police aslong as i dont get arrested or worse have my licence suspended. also i have'nt checked the mufflers at autobarn thanks for reminding me :D

If it did, do you think they'd still put it in the car? Or not put a warning about it in the manual? When you use the L>2 etc shift points you aren't actually changing gears, just limiting which gears the gearbox can select. L means the box stays in first, 2 allows first and second gear etc etc. It's the same as overdrive, which just locks out/allows top gear to be selected. yay this is awsome news i can now have more fun while driving. auto gets boring lol... This is why people buy manuals :P lol my mum originally bought it for herself but she cant drive manual thus auto then like a week after buyin she was liek its too big im taking your yaris><!!!!!! so we basicly just swapped cars. lol its also easier to get P's on auto. that being said i have to pay off the rolla now>:(

i read in an article some where that says that toyota is happy with the side affect the trd has. apperntly lots of people go in looking ant the trd and then end up buyin a sportivo that same day . so i guess the trd aurion does rack up sales of other models.

does it damage the auto transmission if you change the gear manually eg from L>2>3>D on the 07/08 corollas gated shift?

Went to sydney markets up at homebush and found the TRD badge cost me 22 dollars then i went to autobarn for an air freshner and they were selling smae badge for 17 dollars....!!!!! ><!
