Ive got a wicked steep driveway Just got to angle it in and it never scrapes reversing out at an angle is a pain but its worth not damaging the car

It was pretty average I didnt like that the set was an exact copy even having a car in the background on a stand like the Hilux in the english version, At least wait til the cars been on the show before they trophy it? I'll keep watching but it felt a bit try hard, and some of the reviews were chopped short the maybach review was horrible it was like "this car has headphones, the end."

SWEEEEETT Ultimately the actual supercharger would be available through any eaton stockist i imagine The manifold would be more difficult to find :) should be a nice bargain if it goes cheap Not sure how you'd go with the tuning etc side of things, i imagine it'll still end up expensive

I drive a VE SS for work Ultimately id agree that its a faster point to point car then the TRD the TRD will beat it in a straight line with a rolling start not by much though TRD has a smoother power delivery, the auto box is sometimes a bit reluctant to drop gear though still a better box then the VE though Both quite fast cars but the SS definately makes a better police chase car p.s the ss seats are uncomfortable as hell :P

It's in reference to the 'VIP' styling made popular in Japan. look it up, it usually involves pimp'd out lexus'. i know what its in reference to dude i dont think he needed to point it out though its like putting a badge on a car that says "JDM" :P

Looks like he has changed his horns. Definitely something that the Aurion is lacking on. If you see photos of mine, you'll see I've changed mine as well (it's a chrome one). Only one side is in at the moment though since the other mysteriously died. :) ahh true, it must be the horns the standard horn is almost embarrasing, ive never thought about changing them, dont really use it enough to warrant a change definately would like a deeper, harder horn sound though :P

The TRD's come with 19s standard, the ride quality is still quite good the biggest change is probably tyre noise though, and sever bumps in the road, otherwise it rides fine on decent roads :)

:P lol no huge difference, its noticeable the front ends a tad stiffer, definately no negative effect Havent had a chance to drive the car proper hard yet though, weathers not been the best on the weekends :( Wouldnt mind upgrading the rear sway bar as ive found that a big help with other cars ive owned, Although the Ultra Racing RSB is only 1mm bigger then the standard one so i doubt much of a difference would be noticed? Anyone know of other Rear sway bars available ?

:) Very interested to see photos/videos of the TRD with varex when i was buying my car the salesman said he had seen a TRD aurion come back in for servicing that had a catback on it and that it sounded great I questioned him about warranty and he wasn't 100% but he seemed to go along with the notion of the warranty of a catback style system only effecting warranty on directly linked parts and that it shouldnt effect the overall warranty of the car. Although he did mention that in the case of extensive exhaust work they are likely to void all warranty cover for the engine if in front of the cats had been changed. he wouldnt confirm this, and ive heard that with various dealers before but it really seems to come down to who looks at the car on the day of a warranty claim rather then Toyota themselves, some service department guys are tight :P
