Hey John. Which dealer did u get them from for $1000 a set? Did they mention how much the 18's are? I already have 18inch tyres of my sportivo.. Cheers.. Hey Essen i got them from Castle Hill Toyota where i always go,and by the way is the furthest one from my place :( Anyway i think this month they are on special there,went to get last month and missed out by one day then emailed that they extended it to this month, something to do with Toyota budgets or something,but no other dealer would match it. Normally $1240ish... Didnt price 18" cos i prefer 17" plus i had tyres but i think 18" are $1500ish.

There's only one car driving down from Brisbane and that would be mine (with mick.wheelz on board). We will be going a route that avoids Sydney all together so we'll meet everyone in Melbourne. Thats a shame.. Sydney people???

So,QLD and NSW drivers whats happening with the drive down? meeting place? what time departure and from where? I think Villawood was mentioned somewhere earlier about a meeting point or somewhere down the highway. No point for me going Villawood,iam 5min from M5..I normally leave around 1am when i go Mel but 5-6am should be ok too.. An hour down the Hume there is Maccas at the Shell garage(Sutton Forest) and 100m past that is a long parking bay.. Ideas and suggestions? :)

Hey AK i just bought a set couple of weeks ago here in Syd from Toyota and paid $1020 just rims with the TRD centre caps.. I already had tyres. It depends which Dunlop they offer you but all the dealers i rang here said $1200 - $1250 just rims..17" that is.. See if they will take an offer of $1000 and get a tyre you prefer if you like, and they are a quality rim. Made by ROH Goodluck :)

Thanks Kenneth but no side shots yet,maybe on weekend. I totally agree with you they look better without the caps.. If only it was lower without sideskirts huh :D Thanks Yuro, those photos were taken after the tyre shop and didnt have the caps handy at the time.

Got my Kappas last week,17" also the TRD centre caps and red VVTi badges from a Camry Sportivo for something different.. If anyone is after these wheels then go get them,i wasnt too sure but iam telling you photos dont do justice to the Kappa,it really is a good looking wheel in the flesh. Hope you like,going the genuine Toyota clean look for now.. BUT iam sure that'll change down the track ;)

Yep thats the one,they have massive ones and they have always had Toyota on them.Previous one was Aurion. Couple of years ago Toyota had a display with Neal Bates rally Corolla as you drove into domestic airport then a Sportivo Aurion but now Hondas taken that spot. Had photos but cant find em :(

Yep thats the one Kenneth. Spotted Silverwater black TRD Aurion TRD F1 and yesterday at Bexley a white ZRE Levin lowered with rims plates were FL45SH i think,and looked it too.

Well i blame you all for getting me onto clay..I can stop whenever i want,no really i can Went to Meguiars a couple of weeks ago and spent like no tomorrow and today clayed my car then used NXT Tech wax(liquid) and love it, cant believe how smooth,clean and shiny.Like glass i tells ya. Thanks all for info on it and i highly recommend the microfibre cloths..Perfect results with microfibre and easy. Cheers

YAY FINALLY GOT SPOTTED!!!!!!!! its cm3-1ft (See me lift)........yeh always goes through there on the way home. I think i washed my car last weekend.lol You near roselands alot in the arvo at all?
