Rattles!! or something else

I got a rattle on my stivo. On the passenger side dash board, can hear it somewhere on top near the airbags/towards the front demister.

Anyone have the same problem? Is it an engine problem? or just a lose screw or plastic tapping against something.

I took it back to where i bought the car (dealer), they didnt want to fix it coz its not a road worthy issue. Its really annoying, i can even hear it when i got the stereo up.

Yes, yes and dealer fixed mine, then i fixed what the dealer fix, simple (just a lose screw or plastic tapping against something). If your coming to dyno day I'll show you how to fix it. I am in the morning session.

yeah can you fix it for me. il be going to the dyno, morning sesh. il be the one with a red stock pre-facelift sportivo.

Ok iv searched the forum about the rattling noise that i can hear coming form under my passenger dash and in conclusion the majority of sportivo owners said it was the gear selector cables?.....

where exactly are the gear selector cables, and what needs to get fixed with it?

The rattle can be heard at about 2700-3500rpm. Accelerating and de-accelerating.

Sometimes its there, and sometimes its not. But it goes off when i hit LIFT.
