 has any body put a bigger throttle body on? or even quads?

I have searched everywhere for quad throttle bodies for the 2zz. One company in the US used to manufactured one for a short while but no longer offer them due to the difficulties in fitting. The problems were associated with space. I am sure with the right money you could get something custom.

Rollagrl we did some resarch in to this (Stuart and I) and aprt from doing a 4 throttle body conversion there is no benefit the Japs got it right. We had vaious tests done and were advised against it the testing cost us a few hundred dollars. So I would forget about it. Simply put if it was worth while we would have done it already.

I went to a place that is called EFI hardware, that is primarily what they do EFI Systems for cars. They did vaious tests as we wanted to see if it was worth while doing a mod to make the body larger. They said it would be a waste of money. Quad bodys would just be more responsive but would cost thousands to do. If you read the USA forums they have not really done anything with the throttle body and they have cheaper and easier access to parts than we do, so that should give you some indication.

And ahh sorry no 20K
