meh i used to care about wat i eat...used to eat just veges and some lean meat...no chockies or lollies or nethin with too much sugar...bt i occasionally had some jelly for recovery after a big work out...newyz i jog everyday...do 100 push ups and 120 situps and hit the gym 3 times a week....but now i eat nething bt i still do my jog pushups and situps and gym....so if u love ur food eat wat u want as long as u burn it off...and guys its worth lookin fit (if u didnt guess its easier to pull the chicks :P)...newyz if ur new to exercise i recommend wat JJcruzer says...walk an hour a day....then i would gradually build it to a slow paced jog and then a lil faster everyweek...and before u know it chicks r checkin u out :P....good luck and now im waiting for my FOOD :D ...hope my GF brings me something nice....!!! oh yeah HAPPY NEW YEAR....if u want to lose the weight u shld make it ur new years resolution,!!!!!!
