Weak and Wussy Car Horn

Is it just me or is the Aurion's car horn ineffective?

It sounds weak and wussy, like it belongs in a girly car - not an Aurion.

Has anyone felt the same way and if so have you already changed it?

I'm seriously contemplating installing an air horn...

Anyone got a better idea for this minor but very necessary (in my book) mod?

We just hired a Ford territory (so the aurion wouldn't get scratched) and you should hear its horn. It's embarrasing.

I thought the aurions was ok <_<

Haha i don't use it too much, but I used it the other day and it did make me wince lol, it is pretty bad sounding. But as i said, i don't use it much so I'm not so bothered by it.

My former car was a VY Calais and my wifes car is a current model VW Golf. The horns on these two car's sound like their off a Mack Truck compared to the Aurion.

Maybe I'm all too used to a ballsy car horn but when its needed you want it to be noticed. Not that you have to sit on the horn to get the desired effect before someone changing lanes "without using mirrors" almost side swipes your car (which is what almost happened to me today) .

the vy calais horn is really loud. my neighbour has one and it wakes me up every single time. its like an air horn.

but yeh i agree, the aurion horn sounds funny lol

lol i remeber one of my friends at uni telling me they did this and I thought it was BS, but now i see it is possible
