Hi Guys, I am new to this forum, so hello to all. ;)

My problem is this. I bought a new 2007 Yaris only 10 days ago and have already had one new clutch fitted. Now I am really getting mad as I think the problem has returned and I will yet again need another clutch. Its hard sometimes to get the car into reverse once I stop, and travelling along, it is not easy sometimes to get into second gear either up or down the box.

Just wonder if I can get a NEW car or my money back as I paid CASH for it. :(

I'm a new member, in fact this is my 2nd post. There really doesn't seem to be a lot of people here. You might want to try www.ozecho.com

I don't get these noobs. They sign up ask some question and if no one replies within 2days, they get mad and say they'll never return. really gets up my nose.

Also, Shamus19, you didn't really ask valid question:

Just wonder if I can get a NEW car or my money back as I paid CASH for it.

Sure Shamus, go back to your toyota dealer, tell them Qkslvr sent you and demand a new car.:blink:

I really feel for you about the busted clutch. Have you considered the root of the problem may not be the clutch but some other component? Have you asked the mechs at Toyota what the problem is and how it can be prevented? I'd say take it to another dealership for a second oponion. At the end of the day, the mechs don't care so you're going to have to be persistant and a little pushy.

Good luck sorting out your New Yaris woes.

Sounds like the problem could be inside the gearbox itself, take it back to Toyota and get them to come for a drive with you... Show them the problem and go from there...
