Question regarding rear skirt

hello to all. i bought a rear skirt today, it look sweets just need some minor fixes. first, i need to cut 2 holes for the exhaust twin tip to go through. does anybody know where i can get this done? also the skirt has a short tear in it (its fibreglass), anybody know how to fix this or maybe guide me on repairing it. i was thinking of just buying those fibreglass repair kit and do it myself..

Just the skirt itself :)

Painted and fitted should cost around $150 depending which panel beater you go to.
