One thing that ****s me is people asking other people aboutwhat rims we think you should get....

Do your research, and buy whichever ones YOU like best. They are an expensive purchase... so YOU need to like them... not us.

I personally think white Can look ok on a white car... but just saying "what do you think about white wheels?" is pointless... unleess you have some examples of which style of rim they are... start photo shopping.

no. but I might if I lower my car.

Tales :D

I've got 225/40 18 on 8x18" rims with ET40 + lowering -40 mm -> no rubbering :)

your car looks awsome, i want my car to look like yours man but i prefer to use coilovers than just lowering :D

When I've ordered lowering springs - there were no coilovers yet. Now, I'm thinking to change the car in a year or so to get more power :) and got the coilovers on it :D (KW V3)

  • 1 year later...
I'm being a noob...

Someone correct me but I'm interested in the following size:

Size: 17/7.50

Offset: 48

You guys mentioned 40 was the max, although that was referencing 18" wheels.

+48 is going the wrong way. That means your wheels will be inside the wheel wells. You want it further out so it looks more flush. You might have issues with +48 as it might rub on the suspension. But I'm not sure because I don't own a ZRE.

Thanks! I'm just reading up on it now.. So much to learn.

I was halfheartedly looking at some OZ Racing wheels

Only the 16" have +40 offsets...
