I have a 2007 kluger does any1 else have problem with filling fuel. The pressure switch on the nozzle i cant stop it cutting out i have put the nozzle in every angle it happens at every station on my car . I have to hold the nozzle half in to make it continually fill .

I had the same problem in the start. It was taking ages to fill the car and very frustrating :angry: . I dont have trouble any more, I guess I have worked out the correct angle to hold the nozzle (which is only half way in and tilted to the right FYI). I usually visit the same servo every week so this may help.

Could be a similar problem to the AE82/92 (can't remember exactly which) Corollas, which could only be filled up roughly 3/4s (35L out of 50) because of a flap in the filler neck was poorly designed/manufactured - bend the flap back and you could fill up all the way.
