Leave the car in the hot sun and about 12 or 1pm go out and gently peel off the badge with the ends of your nails, and it should come straight off :D

Clips? not really, it has two sticks that go into holes... but they are not held by anything, they are just for positioning. Again hot water to weak glue, on the front of mine I used a plastic (Soft) to ply it out. Start from the middle and work your way round.
