When I had an Aurion my Oakleys (Jacket) fitted perfectly in the Aurion's overhead sunglasses holder, but when I got my Corolla I was very disappointed to find they will not fit neither do my wife's Ray Bans.

Can people please enlighten me as to which brands and models actually fit into the 08 Corolla's overhead suglasses holder.

My Ray Ban's do :] Mind you they're aviators so they're relatively flat.

none of my glasses fit so i use the holder as a place to store emergency food incase im outof cash and hella hungry :)

haha and i thought i was the only person that does that...i have a stash of those breakky jams and vegemites in my car :P just in case

yeah my ray bans only just fit in the sunglass holder if i put it on an angle. By the looks of the holder it looks like it was meant to hold 2 lots of sunnies but i'm guessing they have to be thin ones.

YEAH MAN it sucks i had to slightly bend my hugo boss sunnies to fit it in... so lucky its flexible. but now i use it to hold my chewing gum haha

Mine fit, but they're clip-ons! I noticed that Toyota calls it an "overhead storage compartment" in the brochure, no mention of sunglasses.

Aww dude! I laughed when i saw this topic heading. So true! My sunnies dont fit in there either. I'd have to say a pair of small and rectangle sunnies. Which is rarely seen these days.

just go to the sunglasses hut and buy one of those $15 sunshade clip holders for your sunglass they are easy to use and CHEAP! thats what i have~
