Fuel Pump

Hi Folks,

I'm just wondering if anyone on here would know of a well suited aftermarket replacement fuel pump for my model Corolla. Has anyone done any research on it, and if so would they like to share their findings with me???

I'm not really looking to overly upgrade, just replace with aftermarket at this stage.

x2 for the walbro, just make sure you get a genuine one, as the market is flooded with chinese copies that are basically identical to a genune pump.

Why replace? What's wrong with the current one?

The car chokes at high rpm and stops making power.

So I'm suspecting its a fuel system issue which is why I wanted to know if anyone had done the exercise of replacing that pump before.

your fuel pump is highly unlikely to be the problem, or have you put a wideband on the car to confirm a lean-out?

I'd almost place money on it going rich off the scale in the top end.
