Camry Sportivo 2005 90000 service

One of my mates has recomended I use the following for petter performance and fuel economy. Can anyone advise if this is correct.

Sparkies - ..ngk iridium IX or better, like laser iridium. Should be rated for 100,000 kilometers.

Transmission oil - Castrol Transmax Z.

Engine oil - Royal Purple 5W30 grade.

Genuine Toyota Air and Oil Filters

you can't go wrong with genuine filters, however the genuine air filters toyota offers are quite thick and restrictive. if you want more performance, go for something like a k&n or bmc drop-in panel filter. otherwise the genuine filters are good imo

royal purple is a very good oil, so no issues there.

for transmission fulid, i would highly recommend sticking with toyota lubricants, ESPECIALLY for autos.

i would also stick with toyota for the spark plugs too, as they're already rated for high kms without changing.
