How you doin!

Im new here, thought this would be the right place to send out an SOS. :help:

I Recently had a bit of a rear-ender and did my car some front-end damage.

I was wondering if anyone was able to give me some pointers / a guide on how to remove the front bumper [image 1]

And the crash impact bar (if thats what its called) in [image 2]

Thanks in advance

welcome to the forums!

if you've actually damaged the chassis (and youve rear-ended another vehicle - your at fault) you'd be better off claiming through your insurer, as the other party will be seeking to recover the damages from you directly (at least that way by lodging a claim, your insurer can pay your repairs). providing youve got full comp insurance that is

otherwise, i'm not familiar with that model camry, so a few of the other guys on here would be able to help you
