Does anyone know where to get an aftermarket leather gear knob for a 2008 Kluger. I believe they are the same on the Camry and Aurions. I contacted the parts department at my local dealer and was quoted $150. I thought this was a bit rich. I am after one that is the same as the factory one but just in leather as on the ks-s and grande models.

If you want the genuine one that is the exact one you are looking for, then the dealer is your only proper option. You may find genuine ones show up on eBay every now and again, but this can be quite rare.

Alternatively you can scout wreckers for a second hand one.

So if you aren't willing to spend the money or wait, then you're next best option is to just get an aftermarket one that you like the appearance of and use that instead.

Cheers. that might be what I have to do as I have checked with several wreckers but no one has any Camrys/Aurions or Klugers yet.

What about a flashy TRD gear knob in matching Kluger colours?

Or a racey TRD leather gear knob?

Hado,

where do you get the TRD leather ones from and do you know how much thry are?

Dealers have them - but they also come up on eBay - but make sure you get an auto version - that has the aluminium bezel on the end like the OEM shift knob.

You see plenty of the manual ones on eBay for about $60.
