hey guys.

new to the forum.

after a few months of persuasion, my gf finally gave in and as decided to let me do things here and there for her car.

i drive a honda, :whistling: so i'm very new to the toyota scene. just a few questions for your guys.

first of all its a 2008 corolla seca.

is the model number ZRE? of so what and the corresponding numbers?

i've just put tints on today, 20% fronts 15% rears.

im in the process if looking for tyres to fit on my honda rims, so they can go on her car. after 215/45/17. if you have any, let me know. prefer a set of four.

i also just ordered some hids. 6000k H11's they'll be going on soon.

now, since its my gf's car. it can't be lowered to the floor.

can anyone recommend any springs? i have eibachs on my accord, and they have a good height drop.

one last question. is there anything i can do to get rid of the ugly antenna?

one last thing. SHOW ME YOUR MODS + IDEAS.

your response and help is greatly appreciated.

OR you can drive past a dealership at nite n BORROW a RAV 4s ANTENNA!!! LOL!! jokes... hahaha!!! Well if u look in the AUTOBARN CATALOGUE, u'll c that the KING SPRINGS are for sale at $129 a pair... Im not sure if theyve made SUPER LOWS for the ZRE yet, but there cheap as n u'll get 30mm drop all round... but for the rear i reckon u should get super lows then itll sit flush with the front... Kev0 has LOVELLS, im pretty sure they make SUPER LOWS so there another option.

we'll she's given me the all clear to lower it "as long as its the legal limit"

that makes it 100mm from the ground, which shouldn't be too bad.

couple of questions.

shes driving, so comfort is a must. any springs out there that was lower the car comfortably, with a decent drop and not going to kill the shocks?

its going to have my 17" honda rims on it, just wanting something to clear the gap a little bit

i have eibachs on my accord, giving me 1" drop in the front and 1.2" drop in the rear. it still retains the comfortable ride.

anyone running eibachs on their zre's?

any coilovers out there too?

thanks in advance

phat_azn is running eibachs but his is the sedan model.

Yep im running them.Correct me if im wrong but they should fit the hatch aswell.

Drop is just over an inch and comfort is really good unless you go bigger rims which i did (18's) so bye bye ride comfort.

Im running on stock shocks and they are still going strong.SB is looking for replacement shocks for me as i want some comfort back.

Ur WRONG THERE wen u said theres no ride comfort with 18's... ive got 18's and theres nothing wrong with the ride comfort at all, maybe if u got better tyres it'll be smoother...
