HKS Speed Limit Remover

Hi All,

We are running a Yaris in February's Bathurst 12 Hr Production Car race (sponsored by Bezcorp Security !!!) and need to fit the HKS speed limit remover. As the instructions are in Japanese, has anyone fitted it to their car? Any help would be greatly appreciated. PS Bob Holden the 1966 Bathurst 1000 winner and former Group A Corolla driver is one of our drivers.

The HKS SLD you might need to ask the HKS Authorised Dealer with is BD4s or perhaps someone that deals with HKS parts. Here is a link though that might help? ---> Link

are you sure the yaris is even going to top 180?

I would be most curious to hear if the Aussie Yaris even has a speed limiter or whether it is just here say.

Much like how the Sportivo was 'speed limited' too ;)

Maybe see if a dyno shop would let you spin the rollers to 180+km/h?

My yaris tops out at 158 and know its got a bit more in it, should do at least 180-190 maybe 200.

Friend of mine was telling me about how well a Yaris did in the race. He was leading for breif moments (course car #2 )
