Ended up puncturing a back tyre when getting out of a car park by running over a reflector turned upside down. :(

I tried calling AAMI for roadside assist but I managed to replace the tyre myself whilst on hold, and home wasn't too far away.

I'm quite new at this so what do I do now?... Should I vulcanize the damaged tyre? Should I replace the both the rear tyres?

I've only had my ZRE for less than a month and I'm pretty sure I've got more than 70% tread...

As long as you've punctured it within the tread area, you should go get it repaired professionally at a tire shop. Should cost you anywhere between $15-30 to get it done.

don't bother trying it yourself it will be cheaper and easier to get a shop to do it, if you are heartset on doing it, you could ream it, buff it up, vulcanise it, and plug it

Thanks guys, I will get it fixed professionally. I have to keep a better eye out for dodgy car parks...

I had planned to get a new set of wheels and tyres later in the future and I was hoping to use something like this as an excuse. But maybe another time. :spiteful:
