Just wondering, what other drivers have installed in their cars, im looking for a good in car navigation and mp3 player, i wanna take the stock cd player deck out

for my zze122r rolla hatch

any ideas?

I have a Pioneer AVIC F310BT which i got from JB Hifi

Twisted the salesman's arm till there was no more room and it cost me $715 which was the Pioneer Deck and Super Ant 3 B/T unit for my Wifes car.

He was selling me the Pioneer for $699 on its own and the Super Ant was priced at $144.

I'm not saying its the best but its a good choice for the money if you want peace of mind otherwise there are plenty of cheaper brands from HK on EBAY .

The best thing i like about the Avic F310BT is that even though its Double Din its still detachable.Anti Theft Baby! (ah.. well , to some extend)

Please remember these are personal views and other people experiences may differ :)

This will all come down to your budget and if you want something that will just do the job, or provide some future proofing.

I always look at the latter. If you spend a bit more now, there should be no reason why it doesn't last a few years.

From personal experience, I would stay away from the cheap brands. They might have the price and look OK, but the quality is just not there.

I would look at brands like:

Head Decks :

Clarion, Kenwood, Eclipse, Apline

Cabin Speakers :

Clarion, Rockford Fosgate, Hertz

Subs:

Rockford Fosgate, Hertz

Amps : Rockford Fostgate, Clarion, Hertz

This will come down to your budget.
