Recently got SPF2904k offset castor bushes fitted by fulcrum but still have a slight pull to the left issue!

The car has 2 week old new tyres, lowered pedders springs and 19in rims,

Would I need camber pins from pedders?

it wont hurt to whack a camber kit in...i'm guessing you have had an alignment and all is good there?

also a good percentage of the roads slightly slope to the left for drainage, finding a dead flat road is tricky, usually a fwy or wide hwy is a good test.
