Hey guys, um ok my rolla has been off the road for about 2 weeks due to a bad knock from the passenger side which effects the steering pulling to the left and shakes the steering wheel. Now we thought ok fix the shaft as we found out the inner CV boot was ripped dry and was about to come out... (freaky!!!) Now we just put a good second hand one in yesterday evening and we thought that would eliminate the issue.... NO WAY!! knocking is still there... ARRRRGGGHHHH i seriously am fed up with this car at the moment but need it.

I got told that the knocking could be a bearing inside the gearbox making the whole CV shaft wear out and break boots. I would just like to ask what do you think it could be.... thanks.

it wont be the CV's or the box. Check the engine mounts, check the struts, check the pillow-mounts, check the wheel bearing.
