I want to get some feedback on full wheel alignment for people who did it on their Aurion/Camry. Does anyone know what the range is for wheel alignment is for the Aurion from Toyota?

1. What Camber did you put for front/back?

2. What Caster did you put for front/back?

3. What Toe did you put for front/back?

I was thinking of setting wheel alignment like this but can people advise me if i am wrong or not.

1. Neutral - fronts / Neutral - backs.

2. + fronts / no idea - backs

3. Toe out - fronts / Neutral - backs

Pulled from the other thread we have going, here is the follwing factory specifications:

Wheel alignment specs

Recommended service specifications (factory setting may be different)

----- Front -----

Toe-In:

0 +/- 2 mm

Ackerman:

Inside 38.37° +/- 2°

Outside (Reference) 33.55°

Camber:

AT-X, Prodigy, Presara -0.67° +/- 0.75°

SX6, ZR6 -0.75° +/- 0.75°

All Right-left difference 0.75° or less

Caster:

AT-X, Prodigy, Presara 2.83° +/- 0.75°

SX6, ZR6 2.75° +/- 0.75°

All Right-left difference 0.75° or less

KPI:

12.33° +/- 0.75°

Right-left difference 0.75° or less

----- Rear -----

Toe-in:

4 +/- 2 mm

Camber:

-1.25° +/- 0.75°

Right-left difference 0.75° or less

Now my data is probably useless because I had the offset castor bushes which can probably also play a role on the other specifications, but regardless, I will post them for reference. These were two of my good and only alignments I had to get... after the one that Toyota did. The first one was pretty much perfect for day to day driving, but the second one was done for the track (I requested +0.5mm toe all round) and this was still perfect for everyday driving but was even better than the previous settings when taken into the twisties.

Here is mine which was done a few weeks ago:

wheelalignmentoct2010.jpg

Keep in mind that this is with my lowered ride on Pedders Coilover kit and 19" wheels.

Speaking of alignment. The reason I got a re-alignment is because my car significantly pulls to the right when on a flat road. I thought it was an issue with alignment but the guys who did the above said it is fine. They suggested that it could possible be the tread pattern on my wheels and that I should swap them around. I will try this, but it feels like quite a significant pull. Are there any known issues regarding this with the 07 Aurions which may not be due to alignment or tread?
