Replaing factory cd player

Hey guys just changed cd player out of my sportivo didnt realise that the original 6 stacker was wider than a normal double din cd player anyone know where i can get a faceplate to clean it up a bit thanks..

I went to strathfield car radio and bought a pocket single din one to put under my cd player because i changed mine also and in that packet is the two panels that will cover the missing space it was 30$ bux i think but if youve used double din's uhmm ask them if they sell those 2 peices alone.

u need the side plastic bits, u can get em from toyota, they are the ears or something like that

Nah didnt take too long very easy to pull it out and put it back in only took 1 1/2 hrs to put it all back in would of made it easier if i had the correct faceplate but looks pretty good.

Took me 25 minutes o.0 but maybe im more formiliar with taking out head units :P

It prob took me 30mins just prob took me like 1hr to find some black platic and get it to shape to fill those spaces on the side of the cd player installing the cd player was really easy had told solder like 10 wires then went in really easy doesnt take long. Spent more time stuffing around...

Great if you don't want to scratch your panels and it is hard to get the tabs to disengage.......

I just bought a set of similar trim removal tools from ebay.
