hey all,

this is my last resort for my rolla.

what is happening is its pushing coolant out of the system in to the overflow bottle but not allowing it back in.

I have change radiator cap, radiator, bottom and top hoses, cleaned the overflow hoses.

It is doing my head in and also i have been to red devil and they are scratching their heads on whats going on. they have said that the water pump is working an nothing is wrong coz it is pumping.

fans turn on everything works so there is no reason for it to do this. it doesnt over heat.

Please i need help!!

flush your radiator.....

sometimes if you have a blockage in your radiator, you can get Hot points in your radiator which can cause this to happen.

I had the same prob in my SX.... which i solved with new thermostat and new rad cap... make sure you have the correct pressure cap for your car! and that it is infact sealing.
