If you are scared of the speaker being too large that it might hit the window then you can use washers to avoid this.

Then you will need to make sure that the excursion of the cone doesnt hit the trim panel :)

If you do want to stick with the 6x9 style splits, Alpine used to have a set and they weren't expensive either.

thanks all, will definately do more hw on 6" or 6.5" for the fronts,

will get the 6x9's for the rears, as soon as the camry gets fixed and all, :]

id suggest looking at the POLK speaker range, i love em, but end of the day its personal preference as someone said earlier in this post go to the store and listen and buy what you like best.
