oh yea can someone tell me the diameter of their inlet and outlet? for some reason the one i have the entire pipe is 2.5 inch. so i need the smaller pod. i thought 3 inch was the norm.

also when i turn off the engine it seems like it sucks in all the remaining air. is this right?

DUDE! i did the exact thing this arvo and came to post the same question!

good to know the sucking when shutting off is normal!

can someone please clarify what the "ODB" canister is supposed to connect to after install? its the brown one...

with my DYI today i took off one of the lines and then plugged the other one back into it. car runs fine, been for a long drive... BUT is there something better i should be doing?

heres a pic of what i did.

dude i can help you there. i found a K&N SRI install guide.

and pretty much u disconnect the blue pipe which is connected to the manifold and put a plug there.

and everything after that u can remove from the car. so like all them lil tubes and also the brown thingy.

And on the intake theres like a little hole on the side. block that off to.

hope that helps
