what speed you go then it start the vibration? or just happen at all speed?

Notice he said "when I am not moving"?

Anyways, I have the same on my Aurion. It's not really somthing I would be concerned about though unless it was quite strong. After all, the transmission is technically engaged with the driveshaft when you are sitting in D or R.

Your car starts at a high rev in order to warm the engine up quicker. if you wait for about 1 to 2 minutes the RPM's will drop down to 500RPM or lower and it will not idle as hard.

6L Commodores vibrate throughout the whole body :P

That is not the cause of the issue present here however. The issue will still be present when the car is at operating temperature. In fact, sometimes it is more of the lower idle revs that cause the 'in-gear' vibration to be it's worst.
