Possibly worn bushes? If you've modified the suspension in any way, these can be the first to go. Stock factory bushes don't like being subjected to mods.

mine is quite thumpy in the rear shocks especially early on in the day, they settle down after a while.

well i check my suspension with pedders and they found my shocks were leaking oil... so i replace both but the nkocking noise is still there... and they told me that it sounds like it's coming from my sunroof, something might be loose they told me cause it only appears when i go on an angle up and down my drive way... other than that its all good..... so yah today i booked it with toyota to inspect my sunroof, so i hope they can solve it cause that nkocking noise is so annoying

Maybe it could just be the car jack coming loose from it's holder or your road side tool kit or your spare wheel and bracket not tightened properly too...

Ok so today i got back from toyota and they didn't even look at my sunroof... they told me that it was my suspension making this nkocking noise.... i told them that i have new suspension from pedders and plus this nkocking was there when i had my standerd suspension.... so i said its coming from the sunroof and they told me to take it back to pedders because it's not the sunroof it's the suspension and its modified they can't touch my suspension......

Ok so yeah i'm pretty sure it's the sunroof because when the body flexs going up and down my drive way i can hear it nkocking, when you put your hand against the sunroof you can feel it moving,

so does anyone have the same problem and how can it be fix???

Dude, from what you're describing it sounds as if there's a huge amount of flex when you drive off the street and onto your crossover to your home. I know there's a degree of body/chassis flex inbuilt into all vehicles, more so with vehicles having a body-on-chassis type build, but the Aurions are all monocoque, so the degree of flex you seem to be describing is VERY concerning at the least.

The way you describe it, I'm picturing a very wobbly flexible monocoque shell which bends and twists over every bump or uneven surface. This, to me is symptomatic of catastrophic failure somewhere. The "knocking" of the windscreen sunroof may well be indicative of a more serious problem. Are all your doors opening and closing smoothly? The bonnet, the boot?

Hopefully it's not rust eating through to the monocoque shell, and it's happening somewhere where you can't see, or not very obvious.

Sorry, don't mean to alarm you but, yeah it's either that, or (hopefully) just some relatively minor bushing issues with your suspension.
