Hi Mates. I am new here. So please go ease.

I bought brand new corolla in 2012 January (Ascent Sport) and service was done on time.

Now air conditioner stopped working. Went to the dealer and get inspected and told me they have to order 2 parts that have gone fault and ask for week to order and fix! Thankfully, they said it's covered under warranty.

Is this the normal process? I have to drive without air conditioning for a week. What are my other rights during this week under warranty?

Its ridiculous to see Air con failing after only 7 months!!

This is normal, to reduce inconvenience to customers. What more do you expect?

If you're not happy, leave the car with them an hire a replacement.
