Hello ive recently purchased a 1990 celica and I am looking to paint the interior panels (door /dash / centre console) but have no idea how to go about it, what paint to use if paint could even be used.

Any advice is welcome.

Thanks

Cas

You might want to try plastidip. Not a big range of colours, but at least it an be removed if you don't like it.

For anything Celica related, I'd suggest you sign up to ozcelica.com/forum

Wow, interesting choice. I have never seen the door panels decorated as such. What theme are you going with for the car, or is this just to spice things up a bit? I have a Celica myself but its the model after yours. Effectively it has the same engine and I know a bit about the 5th Gen Celica you got. ^_^

I am going with this for the whole theme of the car these are the doors put on I also painted the scuff guards. And the centre console. I'm very surprised how well it turned out.

Though idk if you can help me . One of my head lights keeps getting stuck up I read something about the headlights becoming out of sycn or something and they said if I put it up and down a few times it should come good so I tried it and it did for like two days. But now its doing it again and I tried the same thing again but this time its not working at all

Do you have any experience with this sort of problem ?

Thanks

Lol my goodness. My eyes burn. They do say the celica is a hairdressers car. You've gone with the theme LOL.

Not sure about the lights. Maybe it's the motor for it that's stuck.

Where in nsw are you? You should come to a meet. I'm sure everyone would like to see the interior :p
