Newbie with a HID Question

Recommended Posts

Hi all,

Thanks for having as part of the group. ^_^

Was interested to know if any other cruiser member has vemtured down the HID conversion to their lights?

If so how did you fair and any advice to someone thinking of doing the same with a 6000k kit?

cheers in advance

because 6000k has a blue tinge and it reflects off the wet road, also if you dont have projectors the light will scatter making it even more difficult to see in rain

If you have reflector style headlamps rather than projector type then don't get HID's, the light scatter is horrible to the point of being offensive to other motorists. If you really must use them try to stick to 4000k which is closer to standard bulbs.
