I have bought the second HID kit it only lasted 1 year before the bulbs went, purchased another set from the same company, same thing

I purchased from this site at least 2-3 yrs ago, still going strong

http://www.point-blank.com.au/HID-Conversion-Kits.html

Edit

seems the top ebay kit is the same as the one from point-blank but cheaper

not sure sorry, I only have experience with 2006-2008 aurions.

are these oem headlights?

you may need to adjust the beams

The black lines aren't normal but are fairly common after installing HIDs. Try and rotate the bulbs and they should hopefully disappear.
