04 Camry Sportivo, White/static noise with Kenwood DPX-5000BT

Hi i'm getting this white/static noise after installing a Kenwood DPX-5000BT. Would anyone know if the amount of static/white noise is normal or is there something wrong somewhere. This happens on all sources, Tuner, CD, USB, AUX, BT-Audio.

ha! thats amazing. I have an 04 camry with a DPX-5140BT. that sort of static is usually bad connections speaker <> stereo if its coming from all speakers. if a single speaker, that speaker may be dying

I usually can't hear it when i'm on the road and music is playing, i also went back to the shop that installed the headunit, they said that its because its in AUX mode that's why it's making that noise, on the other modes you can slightly hear it but when it's really turned up, but the shop wasn't any help, so i'll leave it for now not bothering me that much. By the way does your factory tweeters up on the dash work because after replacing my headunit my dash tweeters no longer works?

in that case, replace the AUX cable and you should be right.

 

Dont think my tweeters ever worked, and sadly still have all 4 stock speakers, 3 of which are blown...

Mine are still going strong after all the abuse it's gone though, bass boost, loudness, equaliser settings all turned up, sounds fantastic though, shakes every mirror, best stock stock sound system I have heard from any car.

It could be the factory antenna. Mine does it when im on a clear stretch of road.
