I'm hoping someone here knows the answer.

I have a 2003 Corolla Sportivo and it came with some scruffy Rodney Jane Racing wheels on it.  I've since bought some original Sportivo wheels, but when I've gone to fit the wheels to the Sportivo, the wheels don't fit.

The problem is with the size of the centre hole vs the hub size.  The Sportivo wheels have what I understand is the normal 55mm size hole, but the area on the hub on the Corolla that the centre hole has to fit over, are about 67mm, and so the wheels don't meet the face of the hub.

Can anyone help?  Did the pre-facelift Sportivos have a different size hubs, or does my car have non-standard hubs?  Did other Toyota's have similar wheels that look the same as Sportivo wheels?  After searching for these wheels for so long, I'd like to use them.

Cheers.

Check to make sure there aren't any hub-centric rings fused to the hub hiding under a layer of crud, there was no change to the ZZE12x centre bore.

i can see a black plastic hubring on your second photo, take that off, as per hiro mentioned.

Thanks for that.

I haven't checked on the car yet, but that all makes sense and as jeffy pointed out, the edge of the hub ring can be seen.

Pretty sad that the guy at the tyre place I went to didn't pick it up.

Didn't actually see the photos initially (they don't show up in Tapatalk), that's 100% a hub-centric ring
