Our 2003 3.0 v6 camry has it's engine light on.  It was scanned and the following faults came up.

O2 sensers .  We replaced those

ECU. We replaced it

Knock sensers..  We replaced them and the wiring harness to the knock sensers .

All brand new parts.

The engine light is still on and it's scanning as a knock sensers fault

Any ideas or advice as to what to do next. ?

What are the error code/s?

Have you reset/cleared the codes and then the codes have reappeared?

One possibility is that one of the new knock sensors is faulty or the electrical connection is loose.

Who did the work ? Was it a DIY or the Garage ?

You need to scan the ECU for fault codes, as Ashley mentioned, record these, and do a reset after the repairs.
