I've got a theory that any sentence, any one at all, can improved by the addition of the suffix "in my pants".

Sample sentence:

Ive got 24inches of pure pleasure IN MY PANTS!

Seriously, try it sometime. Especially at work. The results are never short of hilarious.

Wolfmother wins grammy...WTF

"The trio beat big-name American acts such as Tool and Nine Inch Nails to take the best hard rock performance trophy for their song Woman at the US music industry's annual gala event in Los Angeles on Sunday night."

Hard Rock Performance. The only band that really fits into that category is Tool as they ARE 'Hard Rock'. NIN are Industrial Rock, although I guess you could slip Mr Reznor into that category.

Wolfmother = Hard Rock??? WTF? Here's a category for Wolfmother...

The "Let's try and rip off AC/DC and every other 70's 80's rock group by sounding like them, but still 'writing our own music' and sucking people into the fad that is modern commercialism" category.

Tool is Hard Rock. Some of the Smashing Pumpkins songs are Hard Rock. A Perfect Circle is Hard Rock. The music industry is destroying itself. Screw commercialism >:(

I guess there's nothing wrong with them to some people. Being a musician myself I despise them for flogging an already passed genre. Why can't they evolve musically?

Nine Inch Nails are amazing because Reznor was the first to say, 'Rock...computerised music...ok' and meld them together in the fashion that he did.

Tool are amazing because they are epic, rythmic, haunting and structured tightly. They live up to their motto, 'We are for advancement, not revolving. Think outside the square and make your own square.'

The Pumpkins ARE (they are back together :P) amazing because Corgan is that 'multi-sided' that he brought in so many different sounds and song styles into the band, not just the same sound over and over.

Don't mind me Charms, I'm just a jaded, over opinionated muso

Sorry mate, but I've had more than enough of my friends turning a fun BBQ or night on the town into a sodding mess by arguing about any of the following: Tool, A Perfect Circle, Metallica, Led Zeppelin and occasionally Iron Maiden. Those who take music too seriously are well deserving of the arguement that inevitably follows.

NOBODY CARES!! RRRRRAAAAAWWWWRRRR!

Myself, I just take a deep breath, buy another drink and play "Haaaaaave you met Tats?" with another random young lass.

Usually the people who are 'too' serious about music are musicians themselves, and end up writing songs about the people who don't care about music because the people who are 'too' serious about music are musicians themselves, and end up writing songs about the people who don't care about music because the people who are 'too' serious about music are musicians themselves, and end up writing songs about the people who don't care about music because the people who are 'too' serious about music are musicians themselves, and end up writing songs about the people who don't care about music because the people who are 'too' serious about music are musicians themselves, and end up writing songs about the people who don't care about music because the people who are 'too' serious about music are musicians themselves, and end up drabbling crap like this.
