FUEL WARNING MESSAGE
Gary My first problem occurred on a trip to WA. I ran out of fuel just out of Port Augusta. Not then knowing what the problem was, I again ran out of fuel just out of Ceduna. It was there that I researched the problem. I continued on to WA thereafter just using the main tank of 90 litres and refilling when down to 1/4 full. I had no problems getting around WA for the next 2 months towing a 3.5 tonne van. Plenty of fuel spots. Geoff -

MAF sensor cleaning
I'm not familiar with the engine in your car but the MAF is often found on or around the airbox towards the engine side usually screwed in with 2 screws and a cable you can unplug. Unscrewing the 2 screws is enough to just pull the sensor out. I posted pictures of the 3.3 other variations should be around the same location as far as I know. -

2005 Toyota Corolla miss fire on acceleration cant scan obd2
Might be worth getting some new spark plugs to rule them out and also cleaning the O2 sensor. I've seen some people over the years have issues with the eBay coil packs but try and start with the cheaper troubelshooting options before going further. -

MAF sensor cleaning
Thanks Hiro. But I don’t even know where the MAF is. So what I wanted to know, was where it is, how to get it out without running into dramas., Anything to look for before cleaning it etc. I figured somebody has probably put up a post on this subject. So, if anybody can give me a bit of basic bit by bit instruction, or, tell me where I can find the post in here I’d appreciate it. Thanks, John. -

Brake issues with 2024 Corolla Cross Hybrid
What exactly did the dealer do to resolve the issue? Was it related to wheel sensor/stability/traction calibration ? -

Faulty braking system in land cruiser 200 series 2016 model
Have you had a wheel alignment recently? Because if the rack is not true to centre when adjustments are made there is a sensor that detects it's not to centre & will apply the brake on the out of centre side. Also located under the centre console there is a yaw sensor that detects not travelling in a straight line it will apply the brake to correct the direction. A worn wheel bearing can cause the abs sensor think the wheels are not turning at the same speed. Loose wires on the crawl control can cause an issue. Ray. -

Faulty braking system in land cruiser 200 series 2016 model
I believe the parking brake is still a drum (inside the hat of the rear brake rotor) -

2003 Corolla Conquest - Correct Brake Pads?
There are two different types of rear pad (and rotor) too. Toyota went all-out with the 9th-gens to make them as confusing as possible to buy parts for. -

MAF sensor cleaning
Step 1: Buy can of MAF sensor cleaner or electrical contact cleaner from Superepcobarn. Step 2: Unplug MAF sensor and remove from vehicle (usually just two small screws) Step 3: Clean sensor with cleaner as directed Step 4: Re-install. -

Hi @ZZT86 I concluded that was the ABS. But there was also update to the brake that they did when my car was with them.- 1
